Please follow the check-in and checkout times in your reservation confirmation and arrival instructions. Contact our team before making plans for an early arrival or late departure. Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and after checkout.

Complimentary parking is available in five shared, non-exclusive on-street spaces along Eanes Lane. These street spaces are not individually assigned or reserved. Carysfort Reef has one exclusive off-street space beside the home at 217 Eanes Lane. See the property map and parking guide for locations and arrival guidance.

Tortugas Harbor and Sombrero Reef are upstairs and are reached by stairs. Together they form the Lighthouse Penthouse Suite. The Key West Lighthouse sleeping loft is reached by an interior staircase and has a sloping ceiling. American Shoal and Alligator Reef are on the first floor, but a first-floor location does not establish step-free access.

We do not offer mobility-accessible suites. Please contact us before booking to discuss your access requirements and the layout of the accommodation you are considering.

Pets are not permitted.

Individual and connected-suite reservations share two heated pools and the outdoor amenities with other registered Lighthouse Suites guests. The full collection buyout includes exclusive use of all six accommodations, both pools and the outdoor amenities. Explore our property amenities.

Wedding parties, families and other groups can choose connected suites or the full collection. On-property events require advance approval. A lodging reservation, including a full buyout, does not itself authorize an event. Discuss your plans, visitors and any vendors with our team before booking.
